HOW TO REACH RONGO?

A bus and a collective taxi are the routes available to Rongo from NJP. The bus ride is likely to cover about 4-5 hours, while the shared taxi can be a bit faster, around 3-4 hours.
If you are at Bagdogra Airport, you can also reach Rongo by bus or shared taxi. The journey can be of approximately the same duration as from NJP.
the shared car fare is ordinarily calculated based on the number of people participating in the ride. Cost-wise, it might be between 300 to 400 rupees per person on average. Nonetheless, it’s always smart to speak with the locals or the driver to know the exact fare.

What We Need: Please give us your ID and contact info. Pay 50% upfront to hold your spot.

2. Canceling Your Stay

30+ Days before Trip: We keep 15% of Total booking amount.
15-30 Days before Trip: We keep 25% of Total booking amount.
7-15 Days before Trip: We keep 50% Total booking amount.
Less Than 7 Days before Trip: We keep all the money you paid.

3. Confirmation Rules

You’ll get a confirmation message OR voucher on WhatsApp within a day.
Cancel before we confirm and get all your money back.

4. Check-In and Check-Out Rules

Check-In: After 12:00 PM. Early check-in might cost more and depends on room availability.
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out might cost more and depends on room availability.
Show your ID when you arrive.

5. Payment Rules

How to Pay: You can pay with UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
Advance Payment: Pay 50% now and the rest when you check in.
Taxes and Fees: All costs included unless we say otherwise.

6. House Rules

Quiet Time: Be quiet from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
Pets: Pets are welcome if you tell us first. Extra charges might apply.
